Our SW14 triple glazed energy efficient window conforms to the fire resistance class EI30 which means that it is resistant to fire for at least 30 minutes. This window also serves as a heat insulator – the average temperature of the surface on the opposite side of the fire will not exceed 140°C. Our fireguard window has been given the EI30 classification in accordance with the EN 16034:2014 standard (download certificate – pdf). Our SW14 double glazed outward opening window conforms to the fire resistance class EI60 which means that it is resistant to fire for at least 60 minutes.
